Three CD's

           

Three different CDs with three different messages.  These CDs are all explainable.
The first one, Maguindanao Massacre, was clearly  produced  by enterprising Pinoy more for profit indicating how far the producers would go just to earn  profit never mind if the material is an exploitation of true to life carnage for as long as they net revenue in the end.  But I don’t think it sold that much as the same video footages were used by ABS-CBN and other networks in their news broadcast.

This video is already  considered history, of no use except that it could be good material for posterity.  It was once used as evidence and shown in many forum both legal and as video footage in TV news broadcast. Beyond that I think, it’s the court decision of the case that would matters most. It did  Several families of casualties have already defied earlier Court’s decision clearing some of the Ampatuan’s clan. It’s good that they were recalled and herded back to prison. It is just hoped that justice would prevail over the issue to avoid precedence and restore the good image of  Maguindanao once featured in controversy but now slowly regaining its sanity what with the change of leadership lately featuring Toto Mangundadatu  winning the gubernatorial position of the province.

 The second is about Hacienda Luisita, well produced and obviously as propaganda material against the President Elect Noynoy Aquino whatever really happened on the project. It was produced by KKK and I presume as I got my copy of Part II on loan from Barangay Kapitan of Malitbog is circulated  among LGUs free nationwide. I wonder how Noynoy reacts to this development given the new wave of protest this implacable  issue could muster.  Would he  or would he not let the HL go? Its such a sensitive issue that the choice of DAR Secretary would even  be a guage to the fate of many affected farmers some of  whom were killed inside the premises instigated by Noynoy himself as the CD would show..

You might have probably copies of both so what do you think. Actually, my email ad had already several  video footages and stories of Hacienda Luisita even before election, the reason like the rest sensitive tax paying citizen I did not vote for Noynoy as president. The video’s graphics happens to be not just  so compelling given the data that went in  the production  but also the carnage was so methodical and brutal  that it seems the victims of massacre are rising from their grave giving the Aquinos constant nightmare haunting them of their dreams all throughout until justice is attained. But that is all water under the bridge right now as Noynoy is president apparent.  Let us just be keep posted then of next development.

Actually, there’s a third CD featuring no less than Mayor Dongkoy Emano aptly entitled Emano’s Scandal. However, it was such clearly self-serving presentation showing how purportedly Dongkoy Emano have amassed his wealth.  But the big  problem is, the presentation was all conjectures that nothing in the roughly one hour video run, would convince you any material evidence of the charge by which the production of the video was made.

 Why can’t producer this kind of CD whoever they are,  seriously  present credible and fully supported documents supporting with evidence instead of CD presentation ending as maze instead leaving the viewers mere amused caught in a fix of intrigue. In sum the production is simply suspect leaving  you  more confused than informed.  Why not hire the services of professional producer to come up with convincing presentation next time.  It’s not definitely well done and it is therefore hoped that we could have a better production then to clear the issue..

Such are the story of  three CDs. I’m featuring it here in the spirit of transparency never mind  preempting  freedom of information bill buried by lack of quorum last session in Congress.
